Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Orders are shipped with tracking using the most suitable carrier based on destination:

Germany & EU: shipped via DHL from Germany.

Switzerland: shipped via Swiss Post from Switzerland.

Rest of the world: shipped via Priority Plus from Switzerland with tracking.
Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of your order. We recommend grouping your items into a single order to reduce shipping costs, as we cannot combine separate orders.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. Boxes are generously sized to ensure your products are well-protected during transit.
VAT and import duties: We do not collect VAT on orders. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes in their country.
