Orders and payments
All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept credit card payments via Stripe and PayPal. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping
Packages are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. Shipping times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.

Returns and refunds
You may return unused products within 30 days of delivery at your expense. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Contact us before returning any item.

Liability
We are not liable for delays or damage caused during shipping. We take care to package items securely, but responsibility passes to the carrier upon shipment.
